Return Policy

We accept returns for standard, non-custom 3D prints within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

To start a return, contact us at [insert email]. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Due to the personalized nature of custom prints, all custom orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We’ll review your claim and arrange a resolution.

Once we receive your claim (including photos of the defect and original packaging), we will review the issue within 3 business days. If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged due to our error:

You may choose between:

A replacement print at no additional cost
A full refund to your original payment method
A store credit for future use

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
