To file a warranty claim, email us at support@pifactory.biz with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
After reviewing your warranty claim (typically within 3 business days), and if it qualifies:
You may choose between:
A replacement print at no additional cost
A full refund to your original payment method
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after approval. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.
